You won’t find an ocean here, but you can see Mount Agung in the background. You can’t find AJ Hackett Bungee Jumping like in Double Six, but you can do a fierce white water rafting here. Yes, you’re in Ubud. Don’t let it fool you: despite the peaceful atmosphere it can still tire you out.
If it’s still between 6 and 9 AM, you can drive your scooter to Ubud Market to try Nasi Campur (literally translated as ‘mixed rice’). Half of Ubud will be there to have breakfast, so be patient, you’ll get your turn.
Let’s head to Ayung River to do the rafting. Bali Sobek is the known organizer and they’re really good. It’s quite a thrilling ride but soon you’ll be enjoying the breath taking view and you will have nothing but excitement. Lunch is included in the morning rafting package, so don’t worry about being hungry.
After the packaged lunch, you should still head to Naughty Nuri’s. They will mix you a great martini (FYI, Anthony Bourdain claimed that this is the best martini in the world) and the fun will still continue.

Do stop by at Antonio Blanco museum. Its vast size will fascinate you. And make bets among your friends who can solve Don Blanco’s riddles in his paintings.
Cool yourself down by getting gelato from one of the parlours in Monkey Forest Street before doing some serious souvenir shopping in Ubud market. If you’re buying for yourself, boutiques down Monkey Forest Street or Dewi Sita street and Hanoman street are perfect places to go.
Have an early dinner in Ibu Rai restaurant in Monkey Forest street and you can have more cocktails there. They’re fairly cheap. Just make sure that you finish all this before 7 PM.
